How it Works
Book a free session → stay consistent weekly → get ongoing coaching.
Step 1
Step 1
Free Intro Assessment We assess your goals, your current starting point, and what it will realistically take to reach your outcome.
Step 2
Step 2
Clear Next Steps You leave with clarity, expectations, and a simple plan for what happens next.
Step 3
Step 3
Ongoing coaching. This is where the real results happen: continuous refinement, smarter training blocks, and support when life tries to derail you.
Step 4
Step 4
Results Compound The clients who stay consistent long enough stop thinking about results because they're already living them. Progress compounds when the process is built to last.
How fast will I see results?
Progress depends on consistency. Most clients start feeling stronger within weeks. Visible change follows over time. The goal is results that last, not a quick spike.
What makes this different from a gym program?
Programs don't adapt to you in real time. Ongoing coaching does. You get structure, real-time adjustments, and accountability built over time with the same coach every session.
Why do I need to commit long-term?
Because the system is designed to work over months, not weeks. The clients who stay consistent long enough see the biggest results. Short stints produce short results.
What actually happens at the intro assessment?
We'll assess your goals, current training, and what's realistically needed to reach your outcome. You'll leave with clear next steps. If it's a fit, we'll outline the coaching structure and weekly cadence moving forward.
Proof beats promises. Here’s what clients say after putting in the work.
“I have had Chris as my gym personal trainer for the past 3 years and I am positive he is one of the most amazing professionals I've ever had the opportunity of working with. His commitment to your goals is unmatched and his knowledge is exceptional.”
“I've never felt more supported by a trainer. Chris creates a space where women feel comfortable, respected, and actually listened to, while still being pushed.”
“I would recommend Chris to anyone in a heartbeat. His approach is truly a holistic one, not just focusing on physical strength but on the mind-body connection as well.”
“I would like to thank Chris, my first trainer Victor, my second trainer for keeping me motivated and building my self-confidence. Before working with these guys I had no idea what I was doing.”

Built around the coaching relationship, not the session.
Sewitt Fitness is built around delivering a complete personal training experience. From structured programming to clear expectations and ongoing accountability, every part of the process is designed to support long-term progress.
This isn’t about quick fixes or isolated sessions. It’s about working closely with a coach over time, removing guesswork, and building consistency until results become normal.
By training consistently with the same coach, patterns emerge, adjustments happen in real time, and the coaching becomes more accurate, more accountable, and more effective over time.

It's an assessment and fit check. The goal is clarity, expectations, and a plan. If coaching is a fit, we move forward with structure from there. It is not a workout session.
Programs don't adapt to you in real time. Ongoing coaching does. You get a coach who sees your patterns, adjusts your plan, and keeps you accountable every week. A program gives you a spreadsheet. Coaching gives you a system built around you.

Pricing is discussed during the Free Intro Assessment once fit has been confirmed on both sides. The intro assessment is where we assess goals and whether ongoing coaching makes sense before any numbers are discussed.
Sessions are held in-person in the Mississauga and Toronto area. Specific location details are confirmed during the intro assessment.
